Eandaru Kusumaatmaja is an artist based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Even though he works in commercial photography and videography, his passion for art and fashion photography drives him to explore his surroundings and community in his own way.

He captures bits and pieces of his feelings towards what he sees and what inspires him. “My inspiration are simple, just what I feel, what I think, what I want to tell to the world about my surroundings, or sometimes, thing people disregard as unimportant.” As Eandura states, his inspirations can come while he’s doing the most mundane things like riding a bike around the neighbourhood, reading the news or chatting with someone. The difference is his answers towards the things he thinks, hears or sees are through his photography. “I’m not a very good speaker so I pour all my ideas into my art. My work is full of criticisms towards social issues like wars, riots, and human rights.” He believes that fighting against these issues can be done in a beautiful way through his art.
