Namoh is a young Thai photographer and filmmaker, whose work caught our eyes with her vivid storytelling and interesting approach to create her images.

“I have been in love with theatre since I was a child,” as Namoh mentioned, her work is driven by finding ways to narrate stories through sets, lighting, and costumes.

“The 1920s Surrealism is my favorite era, therefore several times, my visuals consist of symbolism and hidden means, or concept-based those are left up to the audience to interpret as their understanding.”

Namoh creates her work through a lot of researching and deconstructing to find the grand narrative of her subject matter. Then she experiments through media such as film and photography to capture the story she wants to tell in 3D realm. “I am not a photography student neither knowing all about the technology in films, so my most devotion goes to the composition and the narrative of the visuals.” Her work is heavily influenced by mixed cultures (Easter and Western) in both material objects found on sets and her subject matter, as she considered herself a bird migrating through different places and paths of life.
